We specialize in output of press equipment
for briquetting of phytogenic waste and in manufacture
of fuel briquettes (on hydro-presses) and billets (on
extrusion presses). Briquetting lines can be mounted
"on a turn-key basis" by the customer’s order.

Kinds of raw materials mouldable on our
equipment:
sawdust, shavings,
bark, corn stalks and ears, waste of wadding manufacture,
rush, straw, hydrolytic lignine, peat, and others, specified
with SPCC “KVS” – on hydraulic presses.
All the above
mentioned plus sunflower husk, buckwheat and millet
siftings, and others, specified with SPCC “KVS” – on
extrusion presses.
There are branches of industry least subject to such
concepts as life-cycle duration of a business-project
and decline in investment attraction. The fuel-energy
branch is one of such industries – the proved and tireless
kind of business that justifies investments in "perpetual
services".
However, deposition of accents occurs in one or another
direction in the fuel-energy branch, as well. So, for
example, the complete gasification was proved to be
beyond their capacity even to the most advanced develop
countries with more compactly residing population, than
in Ukraine, and a galloping increase in prices for fossil
energy carriers, when the time of their cheapness for
Ukraine has ended, leads fuel production of a biomass
to a highly remunerative category, especially for those
who work over significant amounts of wood and agricultural
products.
SELECTION CRITERIA FOR PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
FOR POLLUTION-FREE HIGH-ENERGY FUEL
The governing factor for the press
selection is:
1. Characteristics and properties of raw materials.
2. A geographical location of the manufacture (a place
in a settlement).
3. Lump-sum capital costs for creation of manufactures
on pressing briquettes and billets.
4. Operational costs.
The type and properties of raw materials
A mass sufficiently homogenous in factiousness is
not required for pressing of the above mentioned raw
material with humidity up to 18 % and particle size
with diameter up to 3 mm on hydraulic presses, and that
reduces expenses for its preparation essentially. For
pressing on extrusion presses it is necessary to provide
homogeneous composition of raw material able to clinker
with observance of strict humidity requirements.
A geographical location of the manufacture
Extrusion presses, as distinct from hydraulic ones,
require effective ventilation as during pressing moulding
material being heated with escape of gas-vapor mixture
with a specific smell, which creates many problems to
a manufacturer in mutual relations with ecologists,
sanitary station, firemen and the population living
nearby in case of inefficient emissions purification.
Hydraulic presses do not create environmental load,
and if raw material drying is not required, production
sites can be placed in immediate proximity to dwellings.
Lump-sum capital costs for creation
of manufactures on pressing briquettes and billets
Under equal necessary metrics of raw material for
pressing of briquettes and billets lump-sum capital
expenses for creation of billets manufacture (extrusion
presses) are higher, than for briquettes manufacture
(hydraulic presses) by the amount of expenses connected
with observance of sanitary, ecological and fire-prevention
requirements to manufacture.
Operational costs
Under provision of an automatic feed of raw material
from a store to presses, other things being equal, cost
price of the billets produced on the extrusion presses
is higher, than that of the briquettes manufactured
on the hydraulic presses, since one operator is necessary
for maintenance of one extrusion press (the press only),
and during molding of briquettes on the hydraulic presses
one operator is able to tend 3-4 presses. Besides, with
the equal humidity of initial stock, exceeding admissible,
power inputs for preparation of molding material for
extrusion presses are considerably higher.
If a significant amount of phytogenic waste
(sawdust, shavings, bark, etc.) not involved in a production
cycle is formed at your enterprise – we are ready to
offer you our equipment and to advise on questions you
are interested in.
